Sweaty hands

Hi
i am a teenager and i have really sweaty hands all the time even in the winter excpet when i am outside.
it is really horrible and feels gross
does anyone knwo how to stop them ?

Stopping sweaty hands

Hmm... this is a tricky one.

Do you get sweaty because you are too hot? Perhaps you are just wearing too many clothes even though that sounds stupid!

If you get sweaty hands even when you are cold then I'm not sure there is anything you can do, except have a few clean tissues in your pocket and use them to wipe your hands at regular intervals.

I think this might be because your hands get really hot if you wear gloves allot this might be the problem but i'd try running your hands under cold water so it cools them down so it might stop the sweating

My boyf has sweaty hand but its partly the medication he's on and the fact he feels anxious.

could this be part of the reason. the fact that something makes you feel anxious.

do you have other excessively sweaty parts of your body i.e underarms. if so this could be whats called hyperhydrosis which basically means excess sweating.

if you are worried then go see your doctor about it see what they suggest. sorry i cant be much more help

The only reason people get sweaty hands is because they are worried about something, or anxiouse so just try to figure out like maybe your worried all the time about what people think about you. just stop worrying about that and it will go away trust my friend had that and that's how it stopped
