i have dark hair all over my body i already shave my legs arms back stomach im sick of shaving buut 2[ embarressed [2 go and a wax in [a be[auticians! soebody please help [its ruinin my life!!!!! [

Simple Don't Worry Dont ever shave ur hair it will Grow thicker at a very faster rate ,Instead u can Trim it or use some hair removal cream like veet to solve ur problem

I feel really sorry for you , this can be very embarrising , expecially in the summer when you want to wear vest tops but are too afraid. Try hair removal cream that takes away noticable hair. Or I know how painful it is but get a lazar through it . It will burn through the hair and the casue of it leaving your body less hairy. I hope it works , and good luck x

How to deal with unwanted body hair

If you are not comfortable about going to get and get your hair waxed and you are bored of shaving, try asking for a cream in somewhere like boots or superdrug that will bleach the darker hair on your body to make it unnoticeable. Thats what I do, when I was about 9 I waxed part of my stomach and it made the hair darker but when you use the cream it is unnoticeable.

I don't know what they are called but you can buy some little pads that you rub one way and then the other on unwanted hair and it comes out by the root. I was very dubious about these but ordered one while getting some other stuff from the 'studio' catalogue (I've seen them advertised on shopping tv also) and they work. I can't believe I spent so many years with similar problems to yourself and something as simple as this has solved it. It even leaves your skin soft and smooth, a bit like an exfoliator. Get one they really work.

i have heard you can by creams called nair or something and basically you put it on the hair leave for 10 minutes and then wash of with water. this get rid of all the hair and roots and can be used anywhere on the body

You can buy waxing strips and hot wax you do at home im a beauty therapist so i know it can be embarrasing for some people but you also have to understand its our job and we see things like this everyday it is normal to us.
why dont you call your local beauty salon and talk to them over the phone first and explain how you feel they will totally understand otherwise if you dont feel upto it there are at home waxing strips. please dont shave it will just keep coming back its true where if you wax it can last upto 6-8weeks x x x x

Use a laser hair removal system, I've used mine on my legs, it took quite a while , but v,little growback. I have one for sale, bought it from Rio online for £99 want £40 for it. It's very simple, aim the light and zap ! dosn't hurt at all, but not suitable for black skin.

Hair removal cream does work, you can get the nair tubes from 99p store and poundland. Lasts about a week and hairs grow back finer.
Put it on, leave for 10 mins then wipe off with a sponge, hair falls out or comes off with a bit of a rub.
