There are products you can buy in the pharmacy that are really really cold. You place them on the wart for about ten seconds and they help to kill it off - obviously the cold from them is a bit painful at the time but they do tend to work.

i have a 2-3 warts on my hands and they are horrible things
but i am to scared to go to the doctors so i try to get the seeds/core out of the wart with some tweezers. this can be painful but i can assure you it seemed to make mine smaller. but remeber be patient because i read that warts/veruccas can take month to heal
