If I have substrate concentrations of 63, 125, 250 and 375 what are the 1/S of them and if I have initial rates of 258, 513, 685 and 855 what is the 1/V of them?

What do you mean by 1/S and 1/V, if you can explain what these are and how they relate to the initial numbers you have stated then we can work out how to do that.
