What does RNA stand for?

RNA stands for RiboNucleic Acid.

This is what is known as a chemical that is polynucleotide. You don't need to worry about what that means for most level exams.

However you should note that there is an important difference with DNA in that there are three possible types of RNA that have been discovered to date.
