1a - Make Things Easier For Yourself

Education : How To Excel In Exams

As you go through the course, you can make things easier for yourself. If there is something you do not understand, raise it. Do not just keep quiet and worry about looking stupid, it is a sign of intelligence and maturity to ask questions when necessary.

Clarifying a method early on should mean you get a competent grasp of it. You should also make brief notes of aspects of a course/subject you find difficult as you go along, and if you discover particularly good ways of doing things jot them down at the time, so that they are not forgotten when it comes to revision.
