| Education : How To Excel In Exams The first thing to mention is attention? if you don?t pay attention to what you are doing, you cannot really expect to be able to remember what you are trying to. Therefore it helps if you are wide awake when revising, so early/late afternoon may be the best time to revise (some people know specifically what time is best for them - you should be able to work out which time is most effective for you). You also need to be comfortable, but not so comfortable that you lose concentration and feel completely relaxed. Having said that, by no means should you be stressed - this is an active hindrance to remembering things.
