1. Create a Reason to Quit & Make a plan

First step into the process is to create a reason to quit this could be through various reasons such as:
- To lower cholesterol
- To Reduce fat intake
- For health reasons
After that it is ideal to make a plan; this is whereby you change your lifestyle. This can be done by writing on a piece of paper decisions on what food to eat i.e. Weekly day by day food plan and the place whereby you will eat i.e. Work, Home or Elsewhere. By doing this, it will enable you to have a set goal which you can aspire to complete.

2. Connect Spiritually to Mind, Body & Soul and become in control

This is an important step to consider when beginning the process of becoming a healthy Goddess as it will allow you to gain better insight into your body. Also it will enable you to control yourself and stay motivated in order to continue your process.

3. Take Action

It is necessary within this process to take action of your situation as you will not achieve your goal if you wait and think the habit will be a phase and stop itself. Instead I recommend that you take action by :
· Cooking Freshly at least 5 times a week
· Try to go food shopping at least once or twice a week as you will reduce the amount of ready meals or takeaways
· Make sure your fridge is never empty otherwise , you will get into the habit of saying 'Just this once’ to purchasing a takeaway due not being bothered go shopping and cooking freshly

4. Get into sports or Fitness

Having a sport or fitness regime to focus on will help to curb your junk food habit as it requires both mental and physical determination, which will help you to get you into the right frame of mind.

5. Change Current Environment

This dramatically will modify your lifestyle as you may be surrounded in a world full of fast food chains which will lead to temptation. Therefore it is important to situate yourself in a healthy and non busy environment .

6. Enjoy Food

In order to curb your junk food habit, it is essential that you enjoy food and not despise it. I think an easy way to enjoy food is through connecting with it simply by becoming a master in it. Therefore I recommend that you enrol into a cookery class to acquaintance yourself with foods in order to widen your skills.

7. Eat Junk Food

I know what you’re thinking; the title says ‘ways to stop becoming a junk food junkie’. Yes, it does but I recommend that you eat junk food in moderation for example, once a week which should work out to a diet of 90% healthy food and 10% junk food which is a good balance.

8. Celebrate

This is the last step yet one of the most important steps as it means you have met your goal and finally gained the status of ‘HEALTH FOOD GODDESS’ *Cheers & Claps*
