When you enter the exam hall and find your desk (usually in candidate number order), then sit down and take a couple of deep breaths to help you advice. Listen to any advice that may be given to you, or amendments to questions from the supervisors. It is essential to read the cover of the paper, even if you think you already know what it is going to say. Check, and take on board the advice. If it says to show working, then show working. If it says that full sentence replies are not necessary, then don?t waste time writing in full sentences, and so on. If it says to draw a line upon completion of a question, remember to do this.
