How To Add Volume To Hair

Beauty : Haircare

Use less products such as serums and gels as these tend to weigh down hair and make it look very flat and greasy as well. Whenever you dry your hair, turn your head upside down and blow that way with a hair dryer until fairly dry. This should add some extra volume. Remember to use a towel to dry it before picking up the hair dryer as this should get rid of as much of the water as possible in the first place.

Avoid straightening if possible, but if you have to, then make sure you use some volumising spray afterwards. Or simply flip your head upside down and dont comb it through. This will make the outer layers stick out a bit more.

Sleeping on it may also make it a bit more puffy so if you dont wash it the next day it should have extra volume.

You can also use rollers or a curling tong to add some extra waves and curls to your hair if you're fed up with simple and straight.
