How To Address Circulation Problems

Health And Fitness : Top Health Tips

THIS IS A PROBLEM EFFECTING PEOPLE WORLD WIDE.

Doc Says:

There are many disorders associated with circulatory problems. High blood pressure, or hypertension result when cholesterol plaque deposits along the walls of the arteries, cause hardening and constricting.
Because these arteries are constricted, the blood exerts a greater force against the walls of the blood vessels, causing the blood pressure to rise.
Arteriosclerosis, or "hardening of the arteries?, is associated with lack of circulation, due to the narrowing of the arteries from fatty deposits as well.

Circulatory problems can lead to stroke, and angina pectoris ( chest pain. )

Another circulatory disease most prevalent among smokers is Burger?s Disease. Early signs are tingling sensations, ( pins and needles) and a burning sensation in fingers and toes.

Another serious circulatory condition called Raynaud?s disease, is characterized by constriction and spasm, of the blood vessels in the extremities. Such as fingers, toes, and tip of nose. Cold, stress, smoking, and other factors may cause fingers and toes to numb. Extremities appear colorless, due to lack of circulation, and arterial spasm. This disease mostly affects women and occasionally leads to gangrene.

In addition poor circulation can result, from varicose veins that have developed due to, a loss of elasticity in the walls of the veins.

Because sluggish circulation can be caused by several things, you need to see doc if it persists.

Thank you so much! I am 13 and I hav Reynauds. It's really bad. I have it in my hands and feet the worst. It's so embarrasing cause people will actually ask me questions like "What is wrong with your hands?" and they make fun of me. It also hurts a bit too. Thanks for all the tips!

I discovered the circulation booster from hi tech health a few months ago, i'm getting old and ankles were getting swollen and my legs aching. It has worked a treat, no more aches and I can see my ankles again! I have told all my friends about it.
