As you age, there are things that you can do to promote your health.

You should stay as active as you can. Many couples or individuals like to go for a daily walk - as much as they can reasonably manage, for instance a 20 - 30 minute walk around the block can work wonders.

Fresh air can really help you to feel refreshed and is better than being stuck indoors at all hours.

Additionally ensure that you have a good diet full of fresh veg and fruit. Also try to eat little and often rather than just three big meals each day if you are able to.

Getting some interests or activities to keep you mentally active too are also very helpful - for instance if you have a love of crosswords or similar puzzle that can help those brain cells tick over!
