How To Apply Lip Liner

Go for one that is the same sort of shade as the lip stick, at least one that is not a lighter shade as this then would look strange. Ensure your lips are nice and moist first, and that your pencil is sharp so to get a good line. Draw along the lips, starting at the middle of the lip and working out to the edges, both sides from the middle each time, this helps get the best shape and smoothest line. Be sure to apply the lip liner before lip stick!
