How To Apply Paint Evenly
| DIY : Decorating When applying paint, there can be things that cause you to get an uneven coat of paint, which can be frustrating as you spend all time painting then stand back to see that there are uneven patches, lumps, or areas that have taken the paint less well than others. This is usually caused by the surface that you are painting on to. Therefore before you even apply paint you need to go along carefully and fill in any gaps with a polyfilla or something similar. Once this is done you have a smooth canvas, as it were, to work with, which will be able to take the paint evenly and this will help you to achieve good looking results.
