| Health And Fitness : Exercise Guide If you are on a beach holiday, then you have a ready made resource for keeping fit and healthy! The best and most fun way to stay fit on a beach holiday is to play games such as bat and ball games, beach cricket, football or similar. Many beaches also have a volleyball court marked out in the summer - this is a great way to have fun and certainly keeps you fit too darting about back and forth and uses many muscles. Other games include throwing a ball - or frisbee - which will no doubt involve a lot of running to retrieve the ball or frisbee too! Just walking along the beach itself is also good exercise, and of course there are water sports too.
