How To Beat Anxiety

The key to beating anxiety is simply to learn to relax. Of course, whilst the answer is simple, the method of achieving that state of relaxation may be a little harder to come by.

Therefore it is useful to do known exercises that will help you focus in on relaxing. Here is one such simple but effective exercise.

Tense your muscles in one area of the body - starting with the feet. Tense for a few seconds, before releasing. Repeat this process along your body from top to bottom, up to shoulders and neck.

Do this for a few minutes each day and it will help you relax, and concentrating on the exercise also blots out for a few minutes at least the daily grind!
