Beating Stress At Work

Here's another couple of quick tips for busting and beating stress in the office.
All you need to do here is put your palms together. Then, rub them up and down until they start to feel nice and warm.
Finally, spread the hands apart a little, to do this imagine that you were holding something in front of your nose, say something large and circulate, and then breathe in through your nose.
But when you exhale do so through your mouth, and bring hands back together, nice and slowly in a controlled manner.
