| Beauty : Teens And Beauty Hygeine- be sure to shower daily (twice a day if possible) and wash your hair- shampoo and conditioner that really works- Sheer Blonde(if your blonde which I am), Brilliant Brunette (for brunettes), or Radiant Red (for those redheads)Brush your hair & teeth!!! Use deodorant- so you dont smell bad (Secret is what I use and it works). Use mouthwash after breakfast. Bad breath can be a real turnoff. Fashion- To be popular, you ALWAYS have to be in style, people will look up to your fashion sense when they see you wearing the HOTTEST fashion trends- so shop at stores like Abercrombie, Hollister, and Victoria's Secret (the PINK line is SO HOT). DO NOT shop at Aeropostale- that store used to be cute, but not anymore. Also shop at stores like Wet Seal, Pacsun, Bui-yah-kah, 5-7-9, etc. However, the more popular stores are Abercrombie, Hollister, and Victoria's Secret. ACCESSORIES- purses, shoes etc. If you want, you can get designer things- Louis Vuitton, Coach, Chanel, JUICY COUTURE, Prada etc. Hairstyles- Get a cute haircut- side,swept bangs are so hot right now. Some people think that only blondes can be hot and popular- NOT TRUE -brunettes and redheads are just as hot. Do something different with your hair every week or so- if you wear the same hairstyle for the whole year people get tired of it. Don't wear a ponytail everyday- create a new hairstyle. Soon, people will start to copy it- this is a GOOD sign that means they like your style. Fitness & Health- Eat healthy foods such as fruits and veggies- don't eat too much junkfood, but you can OCCASIONALLY. Excersise DAILY, join some sports teams. Make-up- The hottest place to get your makeup is Sephora. Carry lipgloss in your purse. Apply lipgloss, eyeshadow, eyeliner and mascara daily. Do not put to much makeup on though. GUYS- MY FAVORITE TOPIC- lol. OK, you do not NEED a boy friend but,it helps if you have a hot one. If you dont, flirt with guys around other girls. Tips for flirting- bite your lip casually, play with your hair, when your walking- and he's looking- touch your butt, but dont like slap it or anything just kind of smooth it- this will make him look at your butt and want it. Try not to have wedgies around him (or anyone else!). Smile at him when you're walking down the hallway. Wave to him. find something you have in common and bring it up randomly. Personality- Be confident around the popular girls. If they tease you, plan what you're going to say ahead of time- have a good comeback in mind. GOSSIP- say to a popular girl, "Did you hear, ____ & ____ are going out?" or something like that. This will make her think you are up-to-date with gossip and she will tell you things. Be funny, but not goofy. Music- Keep up with the hottest songs- a way to do this is go to launch.yahoo.com and look under top videos they have a list of songs that are popular. Bring the name of the song up one day- "O-M-G! I love the song ____!!!" Popular songs now are- Bad Day, Hips Don't lie, I Write Sins Not Tragedies, Move Along, and Dani California. Popular artists/bands are The All-American Rejects, Panic! At The Disco, Fallout Boy, Death Cab for Cutie, Daniel Powter etc. Listen to the popular radio stations. TV- one word- MTV. Watch it. Love the shows. Popular girls watch MTV or E! (enternainment/fashion channel). Popular shows are Date My Mom, Parental Control, My super sweet sixteen, 8th & Ocean (HOW SAD THE SEASON ENDED!!!), Laguna Beach The O.C. (even though the season just ended), Tiara Girls, and when it comes out- The Hills will be popular. Gadgets- have things like - Ipod Nanos, and internet- have an AIM screename and get the popular people's sn's.
