Typically this ball will be bowled with the ball held in the standard leg spin grip - if in doubt, ask Shane Warne what the grip is! This is useful as another varation delivery to be used sparingly to keep the batsman guessing. If used at the right time and to good effect, then this can be a very effective - and hence wicket taking - delivery.
