When setting up your own business it's key that you choose the right avenue for you to go down, and that can't usually be decided after five minutes with a glass of wine and a piece of blank paper. You do need to brainstorm EVERYTHING that interests you, but give yourself a week for the list to develop - things at work, on TV, in the paper may trigger new things to add to the list each day. Only then try to narrow it down from a longer list to what you really want to do.
