I use Silverside Beef as it slow cooks really well. You will need the Beef, some red wine sauce (you can buy this in a packet) and some vegetables of your choice. Put the beef into an oven proof deep dish make marks in the beef with a knife. Fill the dish with your sauce and some vegetables, and cook for around 6 hours on around 150. Once it has cooked you can take the beef out of dish, leaving the sauce and vegetables inside, you will see the beef is now incredibly soft and ready to be served, you can cut the beef into slices and pour the sauce and vegatables over the top, how you serve it is up to you.
