If you have bad eating habits, then the chances are that it is because you do not have enough routine in your diet.
Back in the day, apparently, families all used to sit around the table with each other at meal time and eat together. Even if the man was out working, they would wait for him to come back and then all dine together.
Now that is good in the sense that it gives order and routine to one's diet. But many people now just eat when they are free - whether that means grabbing a McDonalds and eating it on the way back home on the train or just popping down the local supermarket in order to get a quick ready meal.
However, this lack of routine tends to mean that when food is available and we have the opportunity to, we will eat it. So what do you do about it?
Well, the answer is that it is best to introduce that ROUTINE back into your eating and you will train your body to expect food at certain times and funnily enough this will stop you craving it and eating what you can get when you can get it inbetween.
Thus if you have regular meal times, then this can help you break any bad eating habits you may possess.
