It's true that eating more actually helps you to lose weight. Your metabolism keeps going for 13 minutes after you've eaten something, so, eat a small piece of food which has very few calories, I use pepper, you only need a finger-nail sized piece, then, that pepper will be burned off within a couple of minutes, and for the rest of the 13 minutes your metabolism will be burning fat. 13 minutes after you've eaten the pepper, have another piece! It really does work, but you need to do it for quite a long time before you start to see a difference.
