Here is an exercise to help you firm up your pectorals and therefore help improve your bust, which rests on your pectorals.
Simply lie tummy down on a softish surface, i.e. a carpet. Then bend the knees and cross ankles. Bend elbows with palms on the floor to the side and in front.
Then straighten arms, lifting body at the same time to ensure you are balanced, and tense up the abs.
Bend the elbows and lower your body, just aboe the floor, then push back up, making sure that you don't lock elbows and keep head still.
Repeat about eight times, building up over time to incorporate a second set.
