| Beauty : Eyes When you go out buying clothes and items in general, most people will tend to get colours that match them and their colouring well. With eyes however it is a slightly different story. With eye shadow, there is no need to actively match the colour of your eyes with the shadow and in fact you should not do that. Rather, try to get a darker shade than your eyes, or alternatively a brighter one - these work best. For instance if you have blue eyes and you use blue eye shadow then the look does not look that good. The shadow should enhance and make a statement about your eyes rather than just match them and therefore minimise their colour.
