One key consideration is that if a room has a lot of people walking through it all the time then you will need to get a hardy and more durable surface than may be necessary for places or areas that will have less usage. In addition, remember that a neutral floor can be the best as then you can pretty much use any colour decor and therefore if you want to redecorate again in future this is easier. Note that you should always check what is included in the price of the floow you buy - thus does installation come included in the price or is it a hefty charge whacked on top? Be sure to check all necessary materials are included in the price for no nasty surprises further down the line!
