Health And Fitness : Dieting Tips Okay- we've all heard about the lowfat , healthy cereals but everytime its like eating horsefood every day! well here's some of my own recipes that i made for people trying to be healthy but enjoy what they're eating! Hope you like :) weetabix bliss:- 2 weetabix milk/ soya special k bliss * place 2 weetabix in a bowl and crush special k bliss so that they are crums and sprinkle a generous amount over the weetabix and add milk. oats so yummy!:- branflakes uncooked oats honey milk/soya * so simple! pour a bowl of bran flakes, add 2 tablespoons of honey and add a handful of oats. Stir in until bleded together before adding milk. cocco krispies :D rice krispies cocco pops hot milk * as weird as it sounds it tastes prety darn good... get 1/2 rice krispies and 1/2 cocco pops and crush them together to get a fine powder like substance, add hot milk and stir! :) well thats just a few of them... hope you enjoy exploring the phanomanon that is my ideas!
