How To Coax A Cat Out The Tree
| Pets : Cats There are many methods that people try to get their cat out of a tree, without having to call in help and assistance. One method that works for many is - if they have one - using a hose, and gently spraying a little water on the cats bottom, or have it fall on the cat from above. Clearly not enough to drench the cat, but just enough that it starts to get wet from above. Many have said that this method will help the cat be incentivised to come down, and many will do. Note that if it doesn't work very quickly, then stop this method as otherwise you will just have a wet cat stuck up a tree, rather than a dry cat stuck up a tree!
More cats adviceI find shaking the biscuit box or tapping the side of the cat food tin works, and my cats come running in through the cat flap.
