How To Control Overeating
| Food And Drink : Weight Loss Foods If you have a problem with overeating, then it can be very hard to overcome this. One of the biggest problems that some people have is eating when they are not hungry. For some they have the natural ability to stop eating when they feel full, and infact actively may feel sick if they continue to eat, but for others they often graze and continue eating when they are hungry, this becomes habit, and habits are hard to kick. If this describes you, then what can you do to stop your overeating? One of the best ways is with organisation, and planning. Plan in advance all your meals and the exact quantities that you are going to have. Don't cook too much so that there are leftovers, because you know that those leftovers may well end up in your stomach afterwards; so cook to the exact quantity that you know you need to make you full and no more so that you don't just go for that little extra second helping. If there are some foods that you find it impossible to control your intake of - say chocolate - then you'll just have to ban it from the house. If you remove temptation, then you can't be tempted by it to state the obvious!
