How To Cope With Jealousy
| Relationships : Friendships Sometimes others will be jealous of your relationships with your friends, and try to poison you or them against each other. If someone says your mate is telling lies about you behind your back, then don't just have a big argument with your friend and fall out. Ask for specific details from the 'tell tale' as to what's exactly been said. If they are making it up, they will often stumble and stutter. If they seem consistent, then have a calm word with your friend and see if it's true - you can tell from their facial expressions. Try and work through any difficulties - remember most times it is jealousy of someone else that is trying to split you up, not your friendship which tends to be much more reliable.
