How To Create A Revision Timetable

Education : Brain Boosters

When it comes to boosting your brain with all that subject knowledge that you need for tests, it can be helpful to come up with a revision timetable.

There have been all sorts of studies as to how long you should revise for at a time, however it seems that after half hour periods we all start to struggle.

Therefore split revision into 20 or 30 minute slots, with a 10 minute break in between to refresh yourself where you do something else totally for that 10 minutes.

In terms of when you do learn, most people recommend that you start working in good time before tests and exams to give you plenty of time to take in all the information that you need, rather than cram the night before.

However last minute learning can also be helpful as a way of ensuring that you do know all you need to, and touching up on any little bits of extra information for bonus marks!
