How To Cross Train

Health And Fitness : Exercise Guide

Cross training is a method where you add some variety into your exercise routine. Instead of performing the same activity day in day out as part of your fitness regime, rather you do completely different sports, actions or activities.

For instance, add swimming and weight training to the fitness program, and do them each on alternate days.

Any new component that you add that is different will count!
