It sounds like a massive amount and well for some it is.

What we're talking about here is milk, that lovely drink that most people have on average a few cups of per day.

If you have whole fat milk like many people still do, then it is estimated that's about 20 grams across your 3 - 4 glasses a day.

Replace that with skimmed milk instead however and you will lose about half of that, as skimmed milk has much less fat in it than whole or full fat milk.
