If you find all your career ladder climbing to be stressful, here are some surefire tips to help:

- make the most of the lunch break
- consider doing exercise before, during, or just after work
- assign ten minutes a day to surfing the net purely for enjoyment, either reading the news or a comic site or whatever you fancy
- bring a stress ball to work and use it to remove all that stress which can build up
