How To Deal With A Bad Day

Self Development : Happiness

Avoid the need to treat yourself such as having an ice cream, cigarette, alcohol etc as these aren't good for you and will probably make you feel worse afterwards.

Do something nice for someone else, as it will make you feel good and also help another person out.

Distract yourself by keeping busy and watch a load of comedy films if you have to. It should cheer you up.

Tackle a messy cupboard or spring clean the house. A tidy living space will equal a tidy, stress free mind and make things a lot clearer.

Achieve something out of your day so at the end, you can at least say you did this and this. It will feel like less of a waste.

Excercise to get rid of any stress and make you feel better.

Stay in contact with people and dont isolate yourself as you may get more depressed.

Go to bed and get a good nights sleep to start the next day a fresh.

Share your problems with someone else, or write them down.
