How To Deal With Bullying In The Work Place
| Career : Workplace Issues Sadly bullying is still a common place issue in many work places. The worst thing is that it seems to be tolerated and many turn a blind eye and become complicit with the bullying that is happening. If you are bullied at the workplace, the key is to try and nip it in the bud before it becomes engrained behaviour. You will need to log clearly and carefully what happens to have evidence of the bullying. Ignore and do not retaliate at the time. Armed with the evidence, go to your HR rep or someone in your company HR department as they will be trained in dealing with this sort of bullying in the work place. If the company does not take sufficient and appropriate action with regard your claim, then it is almost certainly not a reputable company and you should strongly consider getting out as soon as possible.
