How To Define An Aerosol

Education : Chemistry

You might be asked in a chemistry exam to define what you mean by an aerosol - as there are various chemical terms for different mixes of liquids, solids and gases.

An aerosol can be defined as very small solid particles suspended in air.

If you need to remember an example of an aerosol, then you should think about something everyday like smoke - there are tiny particles of, typically wood, suspended in the air.
