Delicious Potato Salad

You need:

hot potatoes
1 1/2 cup of chopped celery
1 tablespoonful chopped parsley
lettuce
mayonnaise dressing

Simply mix all the ingredients together, and leave to cool. Serve chilled the same day or next for a delicious potato salad
