How To Detect A Heart Attack

Health And Fitness : Top Health Tips

If you are having some health problems such as chest pain, here is how to tell if they are warning signs for a heart attack, instead of assuming it is heart burn.

The most common symptoms of a heart attack include:

Pain in the central area of the chest
Chest pain which spreads to the arms, neck or the jaw
Chest pain and feeling sick or sweaty
Chest pain with shortness of breath

Whereas less common symptoms of a heart attack include the following:
A dull pain, ache, or heavy feeling in your chest
A mild chest discomfort which makes you feel unwell generally
A chest pain which can spread to your stomach or back
A chest pain that feels similar to bad indigestion
Feeling light headed or dizzy as well as having the pain

Symptoms can differ from person to person so it is best to get checked out as soon as you can if you’re unsure. Pain can be mild or severe, but is often described as a heavy pressure, crushing or tightness. Make sure you have someone with you at all times.
