It's odd to think, but a great way to change the diet is to visit different aisles at the shops!
Major supermarkets tend to have the four basic food groups at the start and end of the shop - the outside aisles have the bakery, dairy, meat and fruit & veg.
Actually it's a great idea - since we eat all of those, it means that most people walk around the whole shop as they want to get maximum sales.
But you should just stick to the edges and not venture in between!
