Breakfast:

Go for a kiwi fruit. If you've not had one before then you should be pleasantly surprised - there isn't a lot of taste would it should be nice and fresh inside!

For lunch, have a wrap of your choice; ideally something like a tuna wrap or a chicken wrap. Ensure it is the low fat option.

Snacks:

Have some fruit for snacks, for instance a banana, orange or apple.

Dinner:

This is your reward day! Pick whatever you fancy for dinner, just be sure to work out that the calories come to around 700 calories in total so that you don't blow the weeks plan.

Try to still stay healthy with what you cook - for instance have lots of fresh vegetables to bulk out whatever you pick.
