Diet Food Plan: Day Three
Health And Fitness : Diet Plan Breakfast: A healthy cereal of your choice; ideally high fibre. Combine with some fresh fruit on top. Lunch: Sandwiches, no more than 400 calories. Make yourself some ham sandwiches or a little grated cheese and tomato - not too much to keep the calories down! Snack: Have a couple of biscuits - not chocolate though Dinner: Go for a spicy vegetable casserole. Also for snacks during the day eat some nuts or some fresh celery sticks.
