Health And Fitness : Diet Plan Breakfast: Fresh fruit and two slices of toast with a little butter or margarine on (not too much). For lunch, go for a chicken sandwich and if you require a little extra flavour, something like avocado would be an ideal option. For a snack, have a cup of tomato soup and a piece of bread or some croutons. For dinner, have baked mackerel fillets with a large healthy salad and a serving of noodles.
