Your body is, believe it or not, pretty much made out of water.
In fact at any one time about 70% of your body is composed of nothing more than water (well, spread out and mixed with all the organic matter, but water nonetheless).
Water is a liquid at the temperature our body is at, and that makes it pretty special - there aren't many liquids at that temperature on earth.
It is great for removing toxin and helping body's absorption of minerals and vitamins.
Therefore you should ensure that you drink lots of water during the day.
The recommendation is to get through two litres of water a day for best performance.
Note that a deep yellow colour when passing water means that you may be dehydrated, so therefore should increase your water intake. If it is clear, then you are well hydated.
