Failing to eat breakfast will mean your metabolism will go slow during the course of the day. Therefore make sure that you eat breakfast and start early. Then as you eat through the day, go for little and often. Try to eat your evening meal early to give you maximum time to digest before bed. If possible, try to eat most of your food for the day by 6pm, even if this means cooking the second you get home after work! By creating a food-eating-routine that you stick to, you can help give yourself a great chance of success with your weight loss program.
