Reducing sugar is a key element that many diets can do to achieve successful slimming and dieting.
The fact is that sugar and too much of it increases insulin levels in the body, which in turn means that your body stops metabolising its fat reserves.
Therefore try to reduce sugar a little, and particularly be wary of sweet snacks that are described as low fat because this normally means they are very full of sugar instead!

I havent yet tried any sort of diet and don't no if i need it; i'm only 18, i'm a size 6 to 8 but i don't have a flat belly......what i mean is i want Cheryl Cole abbs!!! Any Tipss???? Please Reply .xxxx
