How To Do Dips

Health And Fitness : Exercise Guide

Here's how to do dips correctly:

Support your body with your hands on the edge of a bench, and feet together out in front. Ensure body is vertical and shoulders back.

Then lower body vertically downwards, bending at the elbows until your upper arms are horizontal.

Keep arms parallel throughout, then return to start. The key is to ensure that you never push your elbows out to the side.
