Your focus should be to look straight ahead of you. Then ,curl the dumb bells up to your shoulders, ensuring palms stay facing in and elbows tucked into your body. Thus only forearms should move. Return to the start slowly and in a controlled manner, with no bouncing or jerking or use of the rest of the body to help.
