Drink Tea Not Water To Stay Healthy
Food And Drink : Weight Loss Foods A recent survey seems to have flown in the face of what we've been told all this time by saying that we should drink tea in preference to water, if possible. That's because tea contains anti-oxidants that are very useful in our system, whilst water can actually help to flush out useful compounds including some vitamins and minerals from our system. So the latest message is that we should drink tea where possible. Of course tomorrow the research will probably suggest something else, but for today at least those tea drinkers can be smug that they are backed by scientists with their drink of choice!
