How To Dry Flowers

Gardening : Gardens

Been through the process of pressing flowers and doing all sorts of weird and wonderful methods to try and get dried flowers as you buy in the shops, but they just end up tired and wilted and mashed and ruined? Sounds familiar doesn't it? Well, if it does, then there is an easy method at hand.

All you have to do is the following: microwave them for a few minutes, 2-4 as you see necessary and depending on the number and size of the flowers. They should then be ready to put into a nice arrangement.

Try it, hopefully it should work for you - though don't try it with your best bloom the first time just in case!

Right when your roses start to droop, hang them upside down in a closet. After a few days, they will have dried nice and straight and ready for any arrangement..
